Dr. Sergi accepts Medicare, Aetna, Blue Shield of CA, and Optum insurance. For Medicare clients with Medicare supplemental insurance, Medicare + Medicare supplemental insurance covers the cost of a 50 minute session. For Medicare clients without Medicare supplemental insurance, Medicare + a $25 co-pay covers the cost of a 50 minute session.

PPO Insurance

Dr. Sergi accepts PPO insurance if the client has "out of network" benefits. Dr. Sergi collects his fee in full up front, and then provides the client with a paid invoice or "superbill" so the client may seek reimbursement by their insurance provider. Clients should consult with their insurance provider to learn the terms of their reimbursement.
